RESPONSIBILI TIES

Assist the Project Director and Senior HSSE Manager in overseeing operational safety, health, and environmental aspects at site.

Participating in contractor's and sub contractor’s kick off meeting.

Participating in PTM (Pre Tender Meetings)

Ensure compliance with CLIENT policies, procedures, and controls, focusing on health, safety, and environmental matters.

Review work packs for alignment with Client HSE Procedures, HSE Plans, PTW (Permit to Work) Procedures, Waste Management, Emergency procedures, and Safe work procedures.

Develop and implement Site specific HSE Plans, including Emergency Response Plans, Safe Operating Procedures, Risk Assessments, and other required instructions.

Generate weekly and monthly HSE reports covering key performance indicators (KPIs), environmental reports, incident analysis, and other essential HSE documentation.

Maintain HSE inspection records, including equipment certifications, personnel records, and audit reports.

Design and deliver HSSE training plans and modules in line with industry standards and CLIENT requirements.

Provide mandatory training to employees, including emergency response drills, safety protocols, and specific job related safety courses.

Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with HSSE Management Systems, including OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001
