Note that I’m well versed with many MRP tools along with being a trained/certified with using and installation of PDM. Just on the off chance your team uses those type of tools.

Additionally, I have my own software licensing and hardware resources to help with any issues of becoming an additional team member to your organization. I can also provide remote assistance with projects or assignments as need with periodical onsite check-in as you may require.

Virtra Chandler, Arizona
Design of military and commercial training weapons needed to closely simulate the feel and experiences a trainee would encounter inside a simulated environment. This requires reverse engineering a wide variety of weapons and behavioral control devices and develop a product that closely mimics those used in the field. Extensive use of 3D scanning (including X-Ray), then on to rapid 3D printing for prototype validation and migration into developing injection molds.

Product Development for High Volume Automated Test and Support (ATS) for Intel. Product categories include device sockets, thermal controlled device test platforms, alignment and assembly fixtures related to the semiconductor industry. Championed the set up and establishment of Enterprise PDM document control and tightly integrated that with NAVision MRP software. Coordinated and implemented internal design procedures using those software tools for product sustainability including entire engineering change process controls. Southwest Product Surprise, Arizona
Lead mechanical engineer for a portable diesel generator platform used for industrial or commercial applications. Position is directly responsible for all mechanical aspects and performance issues with the mechanical platform. Set up and established Enterprise PDM document contro where none existed previously. Contract manufacturing and sheet metal fabrication job shop. Set up and establish Enterprise PDM document control; coordinated and implemented internal design procedures. Created programming for laser, press brake and tube bending machines. I was directly responsible for managing Work Routers, MRP and personnel assessments in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Rates and Availability
No project is too small to consider. I’d be happy to bid on your projects no matter the level of skill required. Please feel free to contact me and we can discuss a proposal bid, either fixed price or hourly. I am set up to do 1099 and prefer to have a PO in advance project commencement. I really enjoy working with the Solidworks software and am quite proficient at 3D modeling and drawings, I am certain that we can arrive at a reasonable rate for whatever need or projects you may have in mind. I can provide completely remote services at a part-time 20-30hr/wk maximum capacity, with on-site access/visits only as required to complete assignments. I can provide secure FTP access to support client access to any files generated, if needed. I can also provide individually dedicated computers with secure access dedicated to any internal IT requirements you may have regarding internal servers or data within your organization.
