As a Shift Lead at Burgerville, some of my main responsibilities consisted of setting employee schedules, closing the store -- sometimes short-staffed, so multitasking customer service, cooking and preparing food, organizing and cleaning, and counting the tills. This fast-paced environment taught me a lot about following direction, how to be a team player and the difference between being a "boss" and a "leader".
