Responsibilities
●Champion safety initiatives in my area of responsibility by conducting planned
Task observations (PTOs), perform visible felt leadership (VFL) interactions and
Conduct risk assessments before any task is commenced.
●Plan and supervise the sampling of the rock dumps to optimize the
