Based in Bomet and Kericho County supporting 128 sales agents and directly reporting to the area manager. I work as part of a team that targets field agents, which specifically aims at acquiring agents and customers from the field and ensuring orders are delivered. My daily duties involve;
Recruiting sales agents and adding them to Copia Relations Management (CRM).
Assisting in training logistics specifically in booking venues and assisting the sales regional trainer in conducting sessions.
Monitoring and supporting sales agents, visiting them to check their progress and delivering monthly updated product flyers.
Training agents on products, using the Copia App to place orders for customers and what to do in order to qualify for graduation.
Writing reports as required.
