I was part of the COVID-19 awareness and response team. My responsibilities were to help coordinate logistics and operations for the team, ensuring seamless execution of COVID-19 response efforts. Preparing and disseminating critical information, such as situation reports, guidelines and updates to relevant stakeholders.

My responsibilities were to handle client issues and assist them where necessary. My responsibilities included managing the reception area, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for clients and visitors. Coordinated front desk operations included handling phone calls, responding to emails and managing correspondence. I was also tasked with maintaining accurate records, files, and database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Since it is a Medical Aid company, as client service officer, it was my duty to protect client information pertaining to their health. Part of the internship was to also provide administrative support to senior staff, including preparing documents.
