Hello there! I’m Sanaa, a passionate and experienced worker based in Germantown, Maryland.

I do poms for extra circular activities

I babysit on weekdays and weekends children ages 2-12.

Working with children has allowed me to better my communication skills and my understanding of problems and how to easily fix and solve them while remaining patient with the children and helping them express their feelings and problems.

I worked over the summer of 2023 as a tour guide.

I enjoyed communicating with them and seeing their interest in the things I discussed as well as answering their questions and allowing them to share their input.

I currently work at Symmetry Salon Studios in Gaithersburg as a front desk receptionist. I answer the phone, book appointments as well as clean up during closing hours. I recommend people to the stylist I believe would work best for them and I also assist with taking them to the stylist if it is their first time coming to the salon, I address any concerns the client may have with their appointments or any trouble they have with booking.

I work with toddlers, baby’s, and young teens. I’ve been working with them for five years.

I love animals I have been working

summers to become a vet tech.

As well as studying to do sonography.

I was a student aid I worked with special ed for a semester and moved onto 10 and 11th graders

I tutored for a year and worked with spanish speaking students learning english.

I was a tour guide for the summer of 2023.

I have great communication skills and am able to de-escalate any situation that requires it.

When helping costumers make sure that they have my full attention and listen to their concerns and questions as well as reassuring them about their concerns.

I love starting conversations and listening to clients and costumers feedback and suggestions and reassure them that I will keep them in mind when they come again.

I like to make every experience a good one so they feel welcomed and encouraged to come back.

I do face to face communication sales and non-sales

I did photography for a year taking pictures and editing

I did volunteer work helping the community in silver spring by picking up trash and hosting meetings about recycling and climate changes.

I have made cards and put together food baskets for Thanksgiving and giving them to families in need.

I have assisted in creating teen groups that help sewing and making hats scarfs and gloves for cancer patients as well as delivering them.

I have up to three years of computer and tech experience.
