Despite my delay in submitting the required documents — I took three months to provide all the requested materials — the team remained proactive, following up regularly to ensure everything stayed on track. I submitted my final documents just two days before my PNP expiry date. At that time, the professional handling my file was transitioning out of the company (preparing to leave their position). Me and my wife recently worked worked with Ravi & his team on a relatively complex spousal sponsorship application.

Right from the start Ravi was amazing, within 30-minutes of sending him our introductory email he had responded and we had our intake meeting scheduled and in the matter of days we had the process underway.

The expectations Ravi set from the beginning of the process were honest, he did not try and sugar coat the fact that the process would be lengthy.

Shortly after kicking things off officially me and my wife began working tirelessly on completing all of he necessary documentation - it was at this point where we fully understood the value Ravi & his team provide.
