CNA Insurance Companies, Claims Consultant—Law Department (6/2004 –8/2006) Environmental & Mass Tort Litigation, 333 Wabash Ave, Chicago, IL; Responsible for managing litigated environmental and mass tort accounts, primarily pertaining to complex asbestos litigation. Coordinated defense among specific carrier groups, local defense counsel, and national trial counsel. Partnered with in house Government Affairs to develop a cohesive and effective lobby on the state and federal level.
