· I was a Safety co-ordinator at a manufacturing company and attended meeting of safety every month at least three times a month, gave presentations and meeting of my own in the department that I worked closely with.

LEADERSHIP

· My manager of the company I worked for so great potential and desire so she had advised me to join the team for safety and wanted me to be more involved with the daily practices of awareness for my fellow co-workers. This then lead me to also do instructions for the daily use of machines that I worked on so when the machines were being shipped off that the next workers of those machines would know properly how to manage and maintain the equipment that we had shipped off to other regions of the state or to other countries.

·This is the place where I learned to drive an electric dolly, learn to work a powered crane. I had operated machines of all kinds, one in a department for bandages, another in lubricants and for cleaning solutions.

·I was also asked to be a safety cordinator for the three areas that I was to manage. I documented the awareness meetings and minutes and also used the information given to me to have at my own area to my co-workers.

·I was to maintain the requirement measures of the product and to test the products quality and to package it and maintain the products quantity as well
