Ensure all Gov’t agency rent billing is compliant with policies and requirements. Verify all calculations and line items are correctly proposed for billing. Training and quality management tasks. Work closely with supervisors to help implement process improvement to ensure performance levels continue to be at the excellent level required for this project.

Detailed responsibilities include monitoring Rent bill submissions and resolving errors; keeping the supervisors informed if assistance is necessary; Meeting with supervisors to give team updates. Reviewing GSA RBM requirements that are constantly updated.
