social media forms, etc.). Duties and training included mastery of Microsoft Office programs such as Word,
PowerPoint, and Excel.
Other training processes included clerical skills such as keyboarding, data entry, proofreading, reading comprehension, sentence clarity, and financial record keeping. We were also trained in general personal
