Authorized for Electrical Isolation High voltage and low voltage switching.
Performing preservation maintenance for all electrical equipment in plant. To keep all motors in perfect condition, shaft rotation of motors and make sure the space heater is energized and motor is cleaned and all intact are inplace.
Routine check of UPS system and battery charger on monthly bases to check all the parameterds and check the battery status.
Routine check and test run of the emergency diesel generator weekly and on monthly bases. Load and no-load test.
Supporting other project and commissioning activities on electrical side.

SADARA is fortuned for 500 companies for the full operation. The complex has more designs in electrical Distribution to all plant through different designs of power distribution.
They Installed advance system regarding electrical distribution, protection and operation. The plant maintenance either corrective or Preventive both were Executed by our team as per schedule as well as cover emergency jobs in certain situation. The equipments over the plant which is not limited to motors, UPS system, Batteries & Battery chargers, MCCs, switchgears, Power and Distribution transformers, Power and distribution Panels, Plant Lights and Emergency Diesel generators.
Responsibilities;
Using SAP for all work orders reviews to check and confirm job scope and all resources which are include in job package.
Confirming work orders in SAP transaction IW42 by attaching check lists and other required documents.
Working on IW21/22, IW33 and IW 38 to maintain work orders and able to create notifications and view the notification and view work orders to arrange resources accordingly ie; any special tools, work center, additional support etc.
SADARA certified safe work permit receiver for all kind of permits.
Responsibility of all kind of CM & PM jobs at plant production Units and facilities.
Executing jobs as per scheduled on daily bases.
Responsible for battery testing and maintenance, specific gravity test and DUCTOR test for batteries cells individually and connecting leads.
Maintenance of UPS system visual inspection and online monitoring all parameters during 3 months cycle of PM .
Maintenance and inspection of VSDs online monitoring parameters as well as offline PPM.
Three months inspection of plants lighting and maintenance.
Motors visual inspection checking for abnormal sound, vibration, bolts tightness, general condition of the body and fan cover, grounding connection, cable glands and local control station (LCS) as per schedule.
Visual inspection of transformers including monitoring oil level at preservative tank also note down the winding and Oil temperature.
Inspection of MCCs and switch-gears Low and Medium Voltage.
Reporting Safety observation and Safe behavior repot weekly.
Load and No load test run for generators on weekly and monthly schedule for an hour and quarter hour.
Got DOA delegation of authority for switching low and medium voltage.
LV & MV switching according to SADARA switching procedure.

To be very honest with correct size of conductor, number of turns in one inductor and most important thing is to make sure that connection is perfect. I’ve been doing this since I started here. Responsibilities;
Take update and check the status of work order at SAP
Check update through SAP IW33 and IW38.
Send daily progress report to maintenance supervisor.
Update worksheet in (MS EXCEL ) for the monthly record.
Maintenance and troubleshooting electrical motor pumps.
Motors Winding Solutions, Magnetic Field, Coil Setting Sequence, Poles replacement or newly counting base on the demand.
Converting winding to 440V from 220 V or from 440V to 220V.
Internal connection due to Voltage (star Y or delta).
Double Layer winding changing to Single Layer winding.
Selection the right size of conductor and lead wire and also Power cable.
Proper size of insulating paper in slots, between the Coils and on the top of the Coils to hold the coil conductors permanently.
After completion of the Motor winding and lead wires need to apply Varnish on the whole rewinding gently.
Testing of motors to check the winding resistance and also look for the Insulation resistance to reach the required value.
Rewinding of motors with such a perfect and satisfying quality to reach to the level of commitment.
Making sure that the connection is fine or according to voltage.
Changing of power cables, Terminals blocks, rubber sealed, terminal logs and other necessary work to get ready the motor for operation.
