EXPERIENCE
1995-PresentHeld several positions in Childcare, Adult Care and working with the special needs of all levels of childcare. I have worked with the Head Start Program, Elwood Head Start Center and operated a childcare program in my home. This included creating policies and procedures, strategic planning and staff management. 30 plus years in childcare, special projects, creative crafts, creative thinking and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and belief in creating a caring and safe environment for all children.
