● At Hi temp insulation I worked a late shift from 3:30pm-12am. In Kitting, we worked on taping and binding the soft materials that went into the aircrafts. When I was first hired onto the company, I started taping first. When they saw that I was improving, they started training me on the binding of the insulation before it got sewn.
● I just recently got metal welding certified, for my metal welding training, I had to do slide show training before I did hands on training. After a week the QC in our building would take us to a welding machine and they would watch us weld. I got certified after about a week. Resource MFG - Ogden,Utah

● As a Machine Operator at Capstone Nutrition’s night shift, I made sure the packaging machines were running properly. I performed quality control checks daily. When a machine was having problems I was in charge of shutting down production and fixing it, or elevating the issue to maintenance. At the end of my shift, I would conduct a turnover with the oncoming machine operator.
