• Performs routine, partial and full cleaning of GMP Manufacturing areas using approved disinfectants and sporicidal like Decon-Quat and Decon-Spore, hypocrite and 70% IPA and so on following cleaning.

• maintains a sterile environment in the clean room, by garbing cleaning the room and behaving according to clean room guidelines.
• Removes bio- hazard waste from facilities, and disposes of the waste following SOPs.
• Strictly adheres to safety and Good manufacturing practices standard operating procedures (GMP SOPs) and performs related documentation clearly and legibly.
• Performs sterile and non- sterile stocking of usable garments for gowning room Authorized to work in the US for any employer
Let me tell you a little bit about the cleaning rooms. Well first you go in and you de gown out of your normal clothes into your scrubs we replace our clothes into the locker as we walk into the cleaning room area we wash our hands crossing over the demarcation line as the cleaning side then we put on our realization gloves, then badge our self through as we go to the cleaning closet and prepare our buckets for whatever level of cleaning that we’re about to perform then we walk down to a CR and perform the cleaning duty as I wipe down my bucket for 10 minutes on the outside of the room, then enter through the doors through the pull in then perform another cleaning 10 minute contact time as I do the same here then I push my car across the demarcation line of the cleaning room side then I placed my bucket there then walk out then I start performing my gowning to properly. Enter the room as I prepare my accurate time on the sheet of paper before I prepare my cleaning cart in get it prepared and ready to go before starting on my cleaning.
