• Oversee the enrollment process of 150+ health care providers to the BenefitWalletTM, a consumer health solution that combines HSAs, HRAs, FSAs, and other health accounts, and design and implement new enhancements.

• Construct key interfaces between business and systems groups and supervise the implementation of new Health Providers including data transfers in all mediums (FTP, PGP, NDM, etc.)

• Designed and engineered a multi-account product (HSAs, HRAs, FSAs, and other health accounts) on the Mainframe that reduced the processing time of loading data from approximately 2 hours to 10 minutes.

• Worked through the entire project life cycle, including SDLC Software Development Life Cycle, from inception, design, implementation, maintenance, and audit.
