Medication Preparation and Distribution

(e.g., Joint Commission, USP 797/800).

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, medication safety programs, and audits.

• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) and computerized physician order entry (CPOE) systems.

• Maintain accurate documentation of medication preparation, dispensing, and waste disposal.

• Assist in emergency medication preparation for codes and urgent situations.
