Overview

I have gained experience working within a

rehabilitation centre. I have developed skills

in de-escalation and how to be adaptable in

situations. Communication skills and

working with other services to provide good

quality care. My main experience with work

comes from manufacturing. However, with

this industry there are alot of transferable

skills that I have obtained. These are

leadership skills, knowing the importance of

teamwork. Also making sure that every

effort is made for the service user.

Experience

2003 - 2005

I worked within a rehabilitation centre in

South Africa where I helped those who are

addicted to substances such as: heroin and

narcotics. While there my main

responsibilities was to provide

entertainment, help with coping strategies,

make meals and help with personal care.

As well as working within a team to help

de-escalate situations when frustration

arises in the service user's addiction.

ground up, utilising my skills that I gained

over my years of hard work, eventually my

business was able to support myself and

family, I left this business behind due to

relocating to the UK with my family. Owning

customer’s garage door systems as well as

installed new garage door openers when
