Designed prototypes, wireframes, did heuristic analyses, card sorts, UX audits, qualitative and quantitative testing, A/B testing, for government contracts such as the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR), Combat COVID-19, and The National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) contracts.
