Pasig-Marikina River Channel Improvement Project, Phase IV Undertake Site Inspection (Rebar, Concreting, Soil Protection, FDT, Formworks, Joint Site Inspection, Dredging etc.).

Coordinate with the team members (Consultants), Contractor, and Client. Participates in external meetings with the Contractor and Client related to the project.

Ensure that the Contractor’s work complies with approved plans and contract agreement

Evaluate design, design revisions, and other related documents related to civil works such as Shop Drawing (SSP Alignment, Retaining wall, Inclined wall, Drainage, etc.), Monthly Progress Billing, Price Escalation, Variation Order, Monthly Progress Report, Method Statement, Unit Cost Proposal for the New Item (DUPA), etc. Reviews the project plan and prepares the quantity take-off for the proposed project using Planswift.
