Apply lacquers and waxes to the mold surface to facilitate assembly and removal of laminated parts.

Apply a layer of plastic resin to mold surface prior to placement of fiberglass mats, repeating layers until products have the desired thicknesses and plastics have jelled. Cure materials by letting them sit at room temperature, placing them under heat lamps, or baking them in ovens.

Inspect, clean and assembles molds before beginning to work.

Release air bubbles and smooth seams using rollers.

Repair or modify damaged or defective glass-fiber parts, checking thicknesses, densities, and contours to ensure a close fit after repair.

Ensure the catalyst is properly distributed into the resin.

Inserts, pre-cut fiber and core are placed as per drawing lay-up.

Checking the condition of the gel coat and applying touch-up. Let the touch up reach the maximum drying time before proceeding to the lamination process.

Laminating the product in accordance with the lamination schedule.

Laying down the CSM fiber. Applying resin using lambswool roller and make sure to prevent dry mat during the process.

Removing the air trapped inside the fiber using steel roller and brush. Making sure to roll the fiber properly to remove entrapped air that caused air bubbles. After the process, let the product to reach its maximum drying time.
