Started my career in IT at Driscoll’s in August **18, where I worked until September 2022 as an IT Support Technician. During this time, I managed user accounts, performed system installations and upgrades, resolved Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets, and maintained networks and devices across multiple departments. My role also involved working closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

In October 2022, I joined Pest Control company initially as a Field Technician, but due to my technical skills and performance, I was quickly promoted to the IT Support team. I now support internal users across multiple regions, managing enterprise-level systems, troubleshooting technical issues remotely and on-site, deploying new technologies, and ensuring cybersecurity compliance.
