Started in, General production in the finishing department under Brian Coleman. I was moved to the forklift position in April, 2013. I transferred parts to and from departments. After a few months I then bid on the Receiving Clerk, position and was moved to the new plant where I was then assigned to fabricated warehouse to drive Reach truck to keep parts stocked for lines after a couple years I was then transferred to purchasing warehouse. I started training for all positions in that department where I floated where I was needed. During this time I was trained for receiving. Was sent to the the MDC building where I was trained for managing Returnable containers, overstock, and service parts where I unload, separate, and store containers to be shipped back to vendors when they are needed by demand. Updating and creating shipments through Penske portal.

Trained all new employees, made sure all employee files were up to date, payroll, lead all safety meetings we had, assisted on all machines when needed, gave breaks to all employees, communicated all issues to direct supervisor and plant manager. Sat in on all disciplinary when needed. Made sure all machines were set up correctly and within specs for product for quality assurance, loaded and unloaded trucks to be processed.
