WORKING EXPERIENCE

2018 - Current, Project Administrator (Project Support) Company: National Department of Treasury.

Key Performances and Duties

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the National Treasury Executive Office.

• Filing contracts, reports, invoices and other project documentation.

• Provide secretarial support for committees and forums chaired by the Project Manager.

• Initiate invoicing, claims, and reconciliations management processes

• Develop and maintain systems for project data storage and retrieval

• Maintaining project status and project proposal lists/databases.
