Maintenance/repair:

hardware for the following systems HSWAN provides combined voice and data capabilities transmit/receive portable terminals both classified/unclassified networks. Cisco servers maintain trouble shoot and service all areas of hardware such as blades, panels, racks, replace parts. Service all laptops/Pc's (towers) trouble shoot and repair all systems replace components, report, and maintain logs, deploy/join portable laptops to domains. Dispose of/maintain control of all, hazmat materials in accordance with state/military OSHA regulations.

Duties:

Administrative Assistant, accountable to supplies. Responsible for maintain/update training and docs. Logistics, accountability of assets and daily inventory. Maintenance inspection and repair of hardware and software. Trouble calls, trouble shoot and resolve technical issues. Active directory (account creations) of user accounts add/remove. Maintain logs/records of maintenance performed. Compliance per state/military/OSHA regulations for hazmat materials. Server/systems management/maintenance of hardware. Training on safety/security awareness and job proper protocol. Specialty systems worked with: JWICS (Joint World Intelligence Communication Systems) for T/S SCI message traffic, HSWANS (High Speed Wide Area Network System) for combined voice and data capabilities transmit and receive portable units. JMPS (Joint Mission Planning Systems) used for fighter pilot scheduling.
