IT IS TOOLS: Service now and Jira (Management and Change Management) TATA CONSULTANCE SERVICES - CHENNAI ( QANTAS AIRWAYS) DEC2021 -PRESENT INFRASTRUCTURE AUTOMATION: Developed Infrastructure as Code (laC) using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation (YAML templates) to provision and manage AWS resources like EC2, ALB, ASG, S3, RDS, Route 53, and VPC, ensuring scalable and repeatable deployments. CI/CD PIPELINE IMPLEMENTATION: Automated end-to-end build and deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions, integrating with GitHub, Maven, and Docker to streamline software delivery and reduce deployment time.

DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT: Worked on vulnerability fix & minor Enhancement, Kubernetes (K8s) migration and modernized backend architecture by upgrading to Java 21 and Spring Boot 3.x, enhancing system scalability, security, and maintainability.

CONTAINERIZATION & ORCHESTRATION: Deployed microservices using Docker and managed workloads with Kubernetes, achieving high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance. MONITORING & OBSERVABILITY: Integrated Prometheus and Grafana &Data Dog for real-time monitoring, alerting, and performance visualization, improving system reliability and reducing MTTR. SECURITY & COMPLIANCE: Enforced cloud security best practices by implementing IAM roles, Security Groups, and encrypted storage solutions for S3 and EBS. AUTOMATION & SCRIPTING: Developed PowerShell, Bash, and Python scripts to automate system tasks, perform log analysis, and enable proactive monitoring. MANAGED AND MAINTAINED AWS INFRASTRUCTURE: Managed hybrid environment of 50+ Linux and Windows servers on AWS, applying Standard Operating Environment (SOE) patches and maintaining. WINDOWS SERVER DEPLOYMENT: Orchestrated Windows Server environments using CloudFormation templates, aligning with architectural best practices and project requirements. TECHNICAL SUPPORT: Provided hands-on technical support to internal teams, assisting in issue resolution and ensuring timely project delivery.
