Trained and qualified as a First responder, brigade(fire) trained, confined space and entry rescue, forklift, scissorlift qualified. I was the safety rep for the Pilot Plant for most of my time employed here. I worked in the labs on developmental projects and with QC doing a lot of our own testing for many different levels of processing. We had weekly, monthly compliance training on every aspect of safety, processing, waste and operations. As a lead operator part of my job besides managerial was to improve operations techniques, adapt to constantly changing environments and meeting all required needs
