Data center Move to different location (150 Servers and systems), we have a90 days’ notice to move our 7 full racks of server and network equipment to another facility in the same city. This was implemented on thanksgiving holidays from Thursdays midnight toSunday noon to avoid operations downtime.
Implement DR and backup Enterprise system (120K annual savings)

Requested by Panasonic, this is when I took the security training and develop and implement the process in the organization that include written procedures for every IT key process such user onboarding and out boarding, physical access, change control, maintenance, project request, system control, etc.

Design, implement and maintain new server-farm to support Oracle ERP. Perform, coordinate and maintain regular monthly and emergency updates and patches.

Support re-layout for mfg. facility avoiding downtime. Consolidate two manufacturing facilities in one on the same city, this was 4 months’ process moving production lines from 11:30 PM and be ready 6:00 AM next day for testing proposes.
Support for acquisitions and join them to ULT network (four locations) make assessments and define the migration process including network join and data transfers base on their existing software and hardware. (locations from Canada, Boston, California an NJ)
Cost reduction for Print on Demand systems (400K annual). a) Original request was reducing customer complains on the time when they request a change on the product label. It was 3-4 weeks since they were pre- printed by a third party.
b) Our production rate was 100,000 weekly and we reduce the label cost for $,077 cents compare with the vendor.
c) The ROI was 6 months.
d) IT was involving and develop a solution to print the labels in-house and real time. Using software, hardware and suppliers (right printers, paper and ribbon). e) The change request from customers were reduce from 4 weeks to 3 minutes.
