Led a team of 15 developers and QA analysts applying Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban using JIRA software to support AJC projects and initiatives to continue to grow the subscriber base.
Exceeded the goal of growing the AJC subscriber base to 70,000 by the end of the third quarter this year by managing cross-functional teams including product and platform operations, growth marketing, analytics and advertising.
Launched a new CMS resulting in cost savings of 50k per year and improved functionality to support the various teams across the AJC.
Transitioned the email marketing platform which increased ease of use to the internal email team and attracted new subscribers through marketing and subscriber newsletters.
Managed the AJC Peachtree Road Race project for several years by working with cross-functional teams and an outside vendor. This project greatly increased the number of users on the Web site and mobile apps as well as increased the number of participants signing up each year for the race.
