Application Developer

Role consists of providing a variety of design, development, and administrative duties for the parent company and joint ventures. Listed below are some key projects.

Redesigned the current CMiC submittal process, with the Contractor Documentation Form Process, which leverages MS Forms for easier data entry, and five separate Power Automate Workflows. The combination simplifies the end user experience and substantially improved stability.

Partnered with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to develop a new scheduling mobile app and workflow to simplify sign-up for bi-annual all company “Ops Meetings”. The app allows individuals to choose their preferred session, automated room capacity limits, removed manual coordination and saved substantial time for staff and L&D team.

Assisted in architecting a new SharePoint intranet using Hub Sites, modern UI and third-party webparts, which improved navigation capabilities and end user experience. Success of the project rekindled leadership initiatives for Employee Development and Knowledge Sharing.

Created a new Power Automate application (VP File Drop) to standardize, organize and secure sensitive financial information for all company VP’s. App ensures proper secure location of individualized reports, automated alerts to end users and removed tedious manual intervention for financial leadership.

Developed a Power Platform App (Conference Room Checklist App), which streamlined the IT Services inventory process and improved conference rooms were highly maintained.

Streamlined manual process of organizing staff members to specific teams or groups. The Strategic Initiative App provides quicker selection of facilitators or participants and ensures no duplications between various teams or groups.

Improved tracking of company vehicles, with the Risk Fleet App, which provided vehicle users with updated insurance information in real time and removed manual process for Risk team.

Administered the SharePoint Security Audit, with a thorough review of SharePoint site usage, confirmed use with site owners and removed unused sites to meet cybersecurity requirements.

Provided DocuSign administration to ensure contracts were properly processed via Power Automate. Led troubleshooting and support to maintain stability for the Risk Team.

In charge of Out of Box creation, deployment, and training for both SharePoint Communication and Microsoft Teams’ sites, providing Individual and Security User Group access as needed.

.Net Developer

Customized the RefundManager application to meet individualized customer financial system requirements. This allowed users to select items from the menus pertaining to their specific system. This tailored solution streamlined the refund process for each customer.

Installation and maintenance of in-house programs RefundManager and ChartGuard. Directly engaged with individual customers to review results, get user feedback and adjust the applications to meet a specific customer need.

oRefundManager – VB6 local install application that can connect to up to six different accounting software.

oChartGuard – MSSQL service setup to run on automated schedule via a custom script. This service creates PDFs of the medical office’s customer records, automatically creates local backup to a UPS protected device in case of a power outage.
