Led a team of technical analysts to help with integration of data, business reports and general support for clients for their procurement software solutions. Work with external clients on daily basis to track projects from start to completion.

●Implemented an 18 month software integration project worth $3.5 million for New Jersey Department of Transportation (DOT), moving them from a legacy system to a state of the art application saving them appx $1M a year in efficiency.

●Managed a team of four technical analysts for services department, delegate and prioritize issues for resolution.

●Working with cross-functional groups such as operations, development, customer service teams to integrate and resolve issues to keep project on track without disruption.

●Scrum master for Technical Team using JIRA to prioritize and manage completion of Jira tickets per Sprint in Agile methodology. Reduced backlog of over 100 tickets through grooming and sprint planning.

●Implemented go-live procurement solutions to multiple government clients – Long Beach, Knox Co, State of Arkansas, Government of Virgin Islands, State of New Jersey for a total budget of over $8M.

Enterprise Program Manager to drive and implement mobile applications for financial customers. Continuous engagement with both technical and business teams through project to completion.

●A technical PM responsible for the company’s two largest clients with revenue of $3M. Manage the issues/risks for the customer; provide a major deliverable each quarter, and reporting all issues found during UAT testing cycle. Led project development of iOS and Android applications with QA and UX team.

●Took over management of third party billpay and savings vendor with all financial institution customers. Assisted in over 25 Allied billpay launches with backend support, each one at an average of $40k project.

Project Manager for Subscriber Product Engineering telecommunications, primary technical contact for testing and approvals at AT&T Labs of emerging technologies for IOT modules, stocked and MVNO products.

●Testing and certification of the first Mobile Hotspot product for First Responder Network Authority (“FirstNet”), the only nationwide public safety broadband network.

●Launched approvals of LTE and UMTS mobile handsets with nearly a dozen different OEMs including Apple, Samsung and Facebook with nearly 200 approvals of either initial release, variant or emergency software releases.

Project manager and lab test engineer for the mobile device group. Managed all aspects of handset lab testing, regulatory compliance, and pre-launch support for new devices.

●Lab manager to prioritize lab entry schedule based on delays, logistics, marketing dates. Over this period, certification schedule dropped from an average of 18 weeks to appx 10.

●Communicated vendor report cards for metrics of launched devices (defect resolution, categorized data) which drove some vendors to cut severity 1 defects in half for future products.
