MY FAMILY
Fostering failure to thrive kids for the last twenty years I have had numerous sibling family groups of children in my home. They required great nutritious meals. The children added a lot of input as to what they enjoyed eating. Over the years I have become an expert making a delicious healthy pizza that is child approved. Children are fun to cook for and are brutally honest about what tastes great and what they do not like. Even though they were neglected, abused and starved prior to foster care that does not keep them from being picky eaters. Some of the foods that I like to cook are pizzas, wholesome meals like meatloaf with mashed potatoes, homemade mac n cheese, spaghetti with meatballs, various chicken casseroles. Enjoy fixing satisfying meals for a family to sit down and enjoy. Sometimes I pick out a recipe on the internet just to try something new.
I still bake a lot of cakes, pies and cookies for my 9yr., 10yr., 17yr., and 23yr. old boys at home. They like my cooking and gobble it right up.
