I would train employees on the grill how to use it clean it along with teaching them other areas in case I needed them to work another area. I also had input on new hires, I would make nightly deposits. I also did cleaning so the store stayed clean at all times.

I did phone interviews then the owner and I would discuss each person and decided on the right person. I would also record who did what job where and how much was collected. The cleaning service was located in Clarksville, Tennessee. My mother was the owner however she passed in April of 2010 because I didn't want to try and relocate the business to FL.
