Professional Summary

My field of work has always been medical, factory work or management and that is great all in it's own. I want to branch off into something new that I've never done before, to expand my knowledge as well as my capabilities in all aspects.

I am a very hard worker who doesn't believe in taking short cuts to benefit my time or anything else of that matter. I learn job duties/instructions incredibly fast and I am the type that if I do not understand something I will admit it and keep learning instead of just agreeing to go on ahead, only because it does nothing but slow or hurt not only myself down the road but everyone around me. I want to know and feel completely comfortable and confident in all that I do, cause once again, my success is the company I represents success as well!

I am a people person to the extreme! I love meeting new people and going above and beyond to help any person, no matter the need, question or concern, and if I cannot help assist or answer questions, best believe I am going to find the person who can and probably give an amazing escort to said person or place! I love being positive and showing others that kindness is free to share so don't be afraid to! Authorized to work in the US for any employer

Work Experience

I take care of each one of my customers from start to finish and I also assist with other sales associate's customers if they are not available. I am amazing at multi-tasking and keeping a calm, level head at all times. I enjoy helping people and making sure that their visit has been stress free, easy and that they leave happy and satisfied. I have made Top Seller 2 months in a row this year out of all four of our sales locations. I have also accumulated over 300+ 5 star reviews on Google and Facebook for my customer service!

Machine Operator

Phoenix Medical Products-Mountain City, TN

September 2022 to May 2023

I worked 12hr shifts. Running over 20 different molding/needle machines daily. I always enjoyed my job, the hard work put in and each piece or product that was shipped out with my name and ID number on it, I took great pride in. I always make sure that before I submit or send out ANYTHING that has my name attached to it, it is done correctly and always done to the best of my abilities or else it doesn't leave my sight til it is! No matter what the item, product, subject, etc. may be. I bumped pay grade 3 weeks earlier than HR's listed expectancy due to my hard work and fast learning. Spinning Operator

Parkdale Mills-Mountain City, TN

January 2015 to September 2022

12 hour shifts inside a 104 plant. I ran 6 spinning frames (each one the length of half a football field) keeping 1800 bobbins (per frame) tied for it's entire thread cycle. I normally on a "good shift" walked/ ran 27miles in the 12hrs. So keeping up has never been a problem for me! I enjoyed the pay for what the job was but I definitely did not see nor want to see myself working there for the rest of my life.

Store Manager

Fred's-Mountain City, TN

October 2018 to September 2019

Started out part time cashier at a second job to make extra money for Christmas that year. Within 1 month I was promoted to Assistant Manager and then 3 weeks later I was asked to take over as Store Manager. I took over an entire store of 8 employees and was only given 3 days of training before left on my own. In charge of opening and closing the store that came with about 1 hrs of corporate paperwork and inputting daily store information into the computer/ emailing corporate- the stores RM and GM, all store bank deposits, scheduling, hiring/firing, product ordering, unloading company trucks and stocking shelf displays and store specials, etc.

I absolutely loved this job. I have always been level headed and up for any challenge. I enjoy leading others and motivating my employees/coworkers to do their best, because none of us succeed as a team without the whole team pitching in and striving for the best. My store led #2 in the state of TN for highest in sales and customer service from the time I took over the position and I could not have been more proud of myself, considering the fact I pretty much had to teach myself everything I didn't know already, and I accepted it with a smile!

Unfortunately the company had been quietly going bankrupt for some time and wasn't officially put out to the stores til almost 1 month before completely shutting the doors to every store. 33 million in debt I believe it was.

But just to have that experience and responsibility I was given I loved it and I would do it again if the opportunity was asked of me!

In Home Caregiver

Private Family-Roan Mountain, TN

I had the pleasure of taking care of an 90yo female and her 71yo son. Her daughter stayed during the day and I took over from 8pm to 8am mon-sat

I became part of this family basically and cared for them both as if they were my own family members. I did 100% care of the male patient for 3 yrs before he passed away due to complications during surgery. I continued to care for the female patient 70% for 2 years and eventually became 100% for the next 3 years, till she sadly passed away in her sleep at home one night. I have a great passion for taking care and helping people.

CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

Mountain City Care and Rehabilitation Center-Mountain City, TN 2006 to 2010

I received my CNA certification during my senior year in high-school. I worked on 3 different halls inside the nursing home, which housed up to 45 patients each 12hr shift. I have a passion for helping and taking care of people and/or their families that are not able to do the tasks themselves. I always treat each patient as if they were my own family members. Just as I would hope and pray others would do if the tables were turned.
