-Designed a multi-chain digital asset trading platform, clarifying wallet onboarding and chain switching. Insights from session analytics, time on task and post task interviews projected a 20% rise in retention and a 15% fall in drop off.

-Prototyped and ran task based tests, then optimised the trade flow for web and mobile: explicit edit and delete on web, swipe to delete and a focused active card on mobile, preserving space for fees and royalties and reducing mis taps.

-Led 0 to 1 design of core user flows and a platform redesign of Webex Connect. Rebuilt the information architecture, removed redundancies and retired dead flows across multi-tenant, admin and operator journeys, unifying the product and its micro-products - contributing to $1.27M revenue growth.

-Designed campaign setup and modernised legacy number routing systems (Brands and Campaigns, NMX) using usability tests and funnel analytics on drop-off and time on task. Teams launched faster and productivity and usage rose by 50%.

-Reworked central and system admin dashboards after UX audits, user research and workflow mapping - aligning product and engineering on new user journeys and cutting support requests by 10%

-Designed WhatsApp embedded sign-up and channel orchestration so businesses could add WhatsApp to their communication flows, driving a 4 increase in WhatsApp and Facebook enabled traffic.
