Maintenance Standard Engineer: January 2022 – Present

Assigned as Maintenance Standard Engineer for Metro and LRT locations.

Assist Standards & Compliance Manager in day-to-day activities.

Responsible to perform technical inspections for Preventive Maintenance activities on site.

Perform physical site inspections according to the PM/CM delivery schedule.

Coordinate with subcontractors and system experts to validate the site inspections for Preventive Maintenance activities.

Coordinate, manage and ensure compliance to the Audit. Control Audit, activities relating to all systems and relevant documentation.

Review the O&M documents, maintenance procedures, plans and maintenance subcontracts and ensure all D&B documentation is provided in time and is up to standard.

Involvement in the testing and commissioning of MEP, BMS and Ventilation Equipment’s and to generate reports accordingly.

Responsible to conduct point to point (End to End) test for SCADA/PLC and to generate Inspection test reports accordingly.

Responsible as T & C engineer to validate all the T&C inspections with Independent Checking Engineers.

Coordinating with Consortium partners and others to provide on time readiness as well as facilities for sub-contractors to complete testing and commissioning.

Assigned as Junior Control System Engineer for Underground, At Grade stations and Depot locations.

Involvement in Design finalization, Installation, and pre-commissioning of the project.

Involvement in the technical discussions with sub-contractors.
