• Personally manage more than 12 projects at a time across the Boeing enterprise that includes projects across the USA.

These include projects supporting defense programs like the Boeing MQ-25 Carrier-Based Aerial-Refueling Drone, Boeing F/A-18E/F Super Hornet and commercial systems including the 747, 777, 767, and 737. Networking Engineering Manager Oct 2010 to Sep 2011 ISAF Regional Command - South Kandahar, Afghanistan Project Manager responsible for the design, installation, operation and troubleshooting of the network that supported more than 30,000 users from ten nations spread across four provinces and 25,000 square miles in the Southern Region of Afghanistan.

• Conducted continuous improvement of the network to add wireless links that added alternate paths for reliability and supported passing surveillance video throughout the region while simultaneously improving call quality by installing call managers and establishing quality of service configuration on the network.
Operations Manager (S3 OIC) May 2009 – Aug 2009
40th Expeditionary Signal Battalion Fort Huachuca, AZ Operations Manager and team leader of a 15-member team conducting the planning, directives, and training for a unit with over 600 personnel and $90 million worth of communications systems and military equipment.
• Planned and directed the execution of the battalion’s post deployment equipment reset and retraining while simultaneously executing post support missions and providing communications support for units participating in three separate exercises, two in Texas and one in California. The first teams began support within 90 days of the unit’s return from Iraq and Afghanistan, half the standard time allotted for redeployed units.
• Delivered three teams to out of state locations, each consisting of more than 40 personnel and
$5 million dollars’ worth of equipment, 90 days ahead of schedule after returning from Iraq. Commander Nov 2007 – Apr 2009

Director of a 105-member organization that provided support to families of more than 600 deployed service-members and managed operations to return more than 80 non-deployable service-members to duty or support their transition to civilian life.

• Provided communication support to NATO teams in Diyarbakir, Turkey for NATO Operation Display Deterrence that provided missile defense systems near the Iraq border during initial Combat Operations in Iraq.
