I have varied skills in working with children with special needs. I currently have worked with my two special needs grandchildren both being autistic, and having OCD, control issues and having ADD/ADHD. Recently, after working with them for years, they both have been main streamed. They no longer are in need of an IEP. They are doing well academically. Yet there is trauma. It is my job to learn to appreciate the why in their trauma.
