FAA uses a COTS product (PRISM) for their procurement management activities. The same product is utilized by OBIWAN, GSA, FPDS, RPFMT, ITS, OIG and CWP systems. Facilitate Business Case analysis for all the PRISM related projects and create a roadmap for executive briefing.
Lead the implementation of enhancements, mandates and system upgrades for FAA PRISM. Responsible for creating epics, driving the backlog grooming sessions, reviewing the user stories for release viability for sprints.
Confirm that the user stories align with the epic and the client's needs. Manage Release timelines, prepare weekly project status reports for the executives. Engage stakeholders at various stages of the product life cycle. Ensure proper allocation of resources, communicate risks to the stakeholders. Drive retrospective meetings: Provide guidance, identify risks and communicate them to the corresponding stakeholders.
Analyze the existing processes, system infrastructure to assess the earned value of the initiatives and provide recommendations for improvements. Business Analyst Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements via JAD sessions for CMS systems for PECOS, HIOS, HPMS systems.
Lead Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story management. Create workflows, data flow diagrams, and user-facing documentation to streamline understanding and system use.
Collaborate cross-functionally to define, validate, and enhance system requirements and business rules.
Author BRDs, SDDs, and SOPs to ensure compliance and clarity across teams. Provide Tier 2 production support, SQL validation, and defect resolution Test Lead Responsibilities
Manage testing lifecycle for multiple CMS modules, including planning, test case review, and resource allocation.
Oversee test execution, change impact assessment, and status reporting using ALM, SharePoint.
Conduct cross-browser performance testing and monitor deployment accuracy (smoke/VAL testing).

Perform functional, Integration, system, performance, regression, manual, CART reports, and Ad hoc testing of applications.
