I have been a part of the number one rated resort for cleanliness on all of Disney properties while having 20+ different leaders, 3 different housekeeping directors and over 200 cast members I make them all better.
Recreation (July 2013 – March 2014)
We rented boats, Golf Carts, Canoes, Kayaks, Fishing gear, sports equipment, I taught the proper use of all equipment. Trained all new cast members.
Fitness Attendant (June 2005 – February 2013)
Promoted spa treatments and fitness as part of an overall wellness experience at upscale Four Diamond Resort. Serviced customers, made spa appointments, and managed entire fitness area. Provided training for all new cast members. I led our location to a 22nd Best Spa Resort in North America. We were the only “non-full service” spa in North America to make the top 100.
