● Teamwork and leadership skills - Collaboratively worked with a team of five members to design a 6-storey reinforced concrete building. Led the site investigation efforts, conceptual & 3D drawings, and designed the reinforced concrete columns for structure in accordance with national standards and regulations.

● Research and laboratory skills; Final year project conducted laboratory research regarding the use of metakaolin as a partial cement replacement. Following national standards, conducted lab tests including slump, compressive strength, and Brazilian splitting tests. This project enhanced the understanding of concrete, technical abilities, and research skills.

● Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, and TEKLA. Designed and reviewed detailed engineering designs including 20-unit bungalows, standard house, and a 6-storey concrete structure.

● Excellent communication skills: Have developed extensive verbal and written communication skills. During university projects, communicated project objectives and expectations, on the water treatment process by using PowerPoint presentations, division of labour, and detailed report writing skills. This facilitated productivity and led to the project completion ahead of schedule.

● Site surveying and investigation capability; have acquired extensive site investigation and surveying skills. For example, by using Leica icon builder 60 equipment, gathered site information, precise measurements, and ensured data accuracy with the help of excel.

● An expert in Microsoft suit; Including excel, PowerPoint, project, Word and outlook. Have applied these tools to complete projects for both academic and wheals construction LTD.
