I was in charge of inspections. I also did solo jobs for them. I was team leader and still am. I was in charge of everything if my boss wasn't around. I drove workers to there jobs. Worked right there beside them. I like to bring there spirits up. Make work a happy place. Lol I would also go in on my own on one persons day off and do spring cleaning. I'd tell them what they didn't pass them I would ask what is going on. I'd ask if they need me during the week to help. Because some of them get wore out. We work with people with disabilities. Most of my workers were boys and my own 2 sons age.. they work harder than many people.

Im second in command. I'm boss over every crew when the big boss isn't available. I do inspections. I drive my workers to multiple contracts. I go in on call offs. Without even being asked. I talk to my employees about what's going on and how I can help them succeed. I like to make the work place a safe and comfortable place to be. They can come to me whenever they want to. I currently am doing 5 jobs. 3 in morning. Two in the evening. I like to go in and spring clean individual contracts. Helpy teams stay ahead. I'll ask if any of them need assistance during the week.
