Dear Sir or Madam:

Following my high school graduation in 1988, I enlisted in the U.S. Air Force where I served for six years as a Communications Computer Systems Operator and Crypto Specialist, holding a Top-Secret SCI Security Clearance. After receiving an honorable discharge in 1995, I have held various IT positions with diverse responsibilities.

From 1995 to 2002, I worked for various companies, gaining diverse skills. In 2002, I joined Data Protection Services, managing Network & Vaulting infrastructure and developing Help Desk procedures. Over 14 years, I expanded DPS to over 1PB of stored data across 100 servers and several customer locations. I coordinated three Data Center moves and supported multiple online backup products

(LiveVault, Advantage, Asigra and DataCastle RED). At its peak, I led a team of 12 Engineers. Our company went through three acquisitions; the last one relocated our Data Center to Boston. I trained their staff before they closed operations in Louisiana at the end of 2016. In 2017, I joined Sunpro Solar as IT Director to manage in-house IT. Over 5 years, the company expanded from 40 to 5000 employees, and I grew the IT staff from one to 35 members. In 2022, Sunpro was acquired by ADT Security and rebranded as ADT Solar. A few years later, I transitioned to ADT as they moved away from the solar business, serving as Senior IT Manager for MMB Support and SQL Admin teams. I was released in a company-wide RIF on March 12, 2025. In April of 2025, I began work as an IT Support Manager at Posigen in New Orleans, another local Solar company. After a couple months, it was clear that the passage of a new bill in Congress would drastically affect the business. On August 24, they were forced to close the New Orleans branch of the company, so I was laid off.

I bring years of experience and dedication to help companies grow in productivity. To excel in this field, one must love the work and continuously advance their knowledge to stay ahead in technology. I am qualified and have the skills to significantly contribute to your company. I aim to continue growing as an executive or manager in infrastructure, networking, projects, or customer support. Over 36 years in IT, I have developed, installed, maintained, and supported servers, workstations, mobile devices, printers, software applications, and network environments. As a recognized professional with extensive technical and operational experience, I've consistently achieved progressive job responsibilities through attention to detail and motivation for success. Thank you for considering my qualifications; I look forward to discussing them further.
