Color Flipper – upon click of a button the websites background would change randomly using JavaScript Math function. Using this method I am able to generate three random variables to represent the RGB variables for the color. I am then able to save that variable and then use it to target the background color of the webpage and set it to that color. The website updates both the background color as well as a section that lists what the RGB values are (e.g. 51,51,255).

Pokémon API – Utilizes a free Pokémon API to fetch data using the await/async method. The users’ input is appended to the saved API URL and is then sent to fetch that Pokémon’s information. With the JSON that is received I then pull the information I need using the appropriate selectors and display them on the webpage replacing placeholders or previous search results.
