At age 11, my mother began taking me to her office and educating me on how to be a professional and successful employee in an office work environment. Simple tasks such as filing or making copies of important documents began this type of office work experience. After learning those few things professional typing skills using a typewriter came next, things such as how to compose letters and envelopes correctly and professionally were taught. When computer technology was introduced to the world learning how to use, understand and navigate a computer system became a goal that had to be achieved. Over the following years different computer software programs have been learned with employment history. After graduating from high school an employment opportunity as a customer service representative at a call center got achieved. This first would be the first real full-time job ever. Once being hired the official training for the position began. The first lesson the group of trainees received began with customer service training, such as how to speak and treat a customer respectfully, politely and professionally no matter how that customer responding to you. The training received has been used with every employment opportunity since. Then the computer program that was used for this employment opportunity was then instructed. With all other employment opportunities taken since this first time employment opportunity a new computer or software program something new was learned. Work Experience

Accounts Payable, Payroll, purchasing, shipping, trucking responsibilities, filing, scheduling drivers for daily deliveries and any outsourced trucking pick ups. Took orders over the phone, via email or fax. Designed many orders forms in Excel for purchasing supplies for company needs along with customer order forms for their purchasing needs. I maneuver really well with Microsoft Office programs. Have worked with MAS90 programs. Helped office manager or any other office personnel when I could. Handled price increases and informing customers when increases occurred. Formatted all pricing folders for accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables.
