• Managed daily operations and supervised the overhaul of branch supply chain logistics.
• Streamlined operations, came in with a 6-month backlog of work. Oversaw maintenance/management/repair of over 70 damaged trailers in a 3-month time period.
• Handled logistics/delivery in a month that saw over 148 trailers go back out on lease, increasing the trailer utilization to over 80% of branch inventory.
