Performing overall material controlling activities like project material receipt, verification, Initiation for Goods Receipt & Inspection Reports (GRIR), Warehousing with bin locations and processing all documents related with material movements from receipt to issue. Handling all documents related with material movement from receipt to project issue with relevant documents and monitoring the inventory with proper track. Verification and Preparation of OSDR (Overage, Shortage, Damage and Rejection) reports, Close follow up with quarantined materials kept in the quarantine area for further action and updates with the project management.
Allocate the works to subordinates (Piping, Rotating, Instrumentation & Electrical and Structural Steels) and expertise to handle the manpower management and enhancing the work from subordinates up to management-desired levels.
Working with the Department Supervisor and HSE for the Safe loading of the Container in line with Job Safety Analysis Procedure, work closely with the logistics coordinator for the Onshore Supply Vessel for cargo movements and check for the Safe operation for the Cargo Offloading and back loading Cargo according to lifting activities.
Reviewing of the manifest with the materials received from the shore and stores it too the appropriate place, running warehouse Distribution and stores the materials to the receipts area & confirm the pick list for the materials Recd. Responsible for mobilizing Third Party Materials and Personnel.
