Performed safety protocol meetings for OSHA and forklift certifications

Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, and maintaining records of all procedures.

Is familiar with and complies with SQF Food Safety standards and ensures all product produced meets assigned quality standards. Ensures employees know what to do if quality is not within specs.

Works with other departments to effectively execute the policies and goals of the organization.

Maintains Job Packets and ensures all necessary information is included.

Provides strong leadership to production personnel.

Ensuring product that New Port Cold Storage is shipped is in temperature according to the procedure.
