Duties were to contact clients, schools, and agencies to set up prescriptions for Sprint's Captel telephone. Installed Captel telephone to clients across western and central Washington State in the homes of our clients with instruction on how to use the telephone. Did follow up visits as needed. Coordinated other contractors to do presentations in the Seattle area. Working with Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals in both the office, presentation sites and in clients homes was a very rewarding experience.
